Ditalini Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cups ElNokhba ditalini pasta
- 1 cup celery, chopped into cubes
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
- 1 cup red bell pepper, grilled and chopped into cubes
- 1/2 cup black olive, shredded
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup pickles
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Boil ElNokhba ditalini pasta until fork-tender. Quickly drain the pasta and rinse under cool water.
- Combine all of the ingredients for the salad and place it in a big bowl with the drained and cooled pasta.
- Mix everything together while whisking the creamy sauce together. Keep the salad refrigerated until served.
