Ditalini Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  • 4 cups ElNokhba ditalini pasta
  • 1 cup celery, chopped into cubes
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, grilled and chopped into cubes
  • 1/2 cup black olive, shredded
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Boil ElNokhba ditalini pasta until fork-tender. Quickly drain the pasta and rinse under cool water.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients for the salad and place it in a big bowl with the drained and cooled pasta.
  3. Mix everything together while whisking the creamy sauce together. Keep the salad refrigerated until served.
