Ingredients
  • 1 pack ElNohba spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Mozzarella cheese for serving
Instructions
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-low heat. Add thinly sliced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté until garlic is golden but not browned.
  3. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the garlic-infused olive oil, coating the pasta evenly.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  5. Serve hot, with mozzarella cheese on top.
